Jet Li is a world-renowned Chinese-born martial artist, actor, and film producer. He began his training at the Beijing Wushu Academy at the age of eight. Li became a national wushu champion in China after years of rigorous training. He made his film debut in the 1982 movie Shaolin Temple, which launched his career in cinema. He gained international fame for his roles in films such as Once Upon a Time in China and Fist of Legend. In the late 1990s, he transitioned to Hollywood, starring in blockbusters like Lethal Weapon 4 and Romeo Must Die. Known for his incredible speed and precision, he is considered one of the greatest martial arts stars in history. Beyond acting, he is a dedicated philanthropist and founded The One Foundation in 2007. He has also served as a goodwill ambassador for the Red Cross Society of China.
