Ken Jeong is an American actor, comedian, and licensed physician. He gained widespread recognition for his role as Leslie Chow in The Hangover film trilogy. Before his acting career took off, he earned his M.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his internal medicine residency in New Orleans while performing stand-up comedy at night. His breakout television role was as Ben Chang on the sitcom Community. He also created, wrote, and produced the ABC sitcom Dr. Ken, in which he starred as the title character. Jeong has appeared in numerous films including Knocked Up, Role Models, and Crazy Rich Asians. He is a frequent panelist on the American version of the singing competition show The Masked Singer. In 2019, he released his first Netflix stand-up special titled Ken Jeong: You Complete Me, Ho.
