Kim Da-hyun, known mononymously as Dahyun, is a South Korean singer, rapper, and dancer. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group Twice, formed by JYP Entertainment. Dahyun gained initial public attention in 2015 through the reality survival show Sixteen. She officially debuted as a member of Twice in October 2015 with the release of their debut EP, The Story Begins. Within the group, she serves as a lead rapper and sub-vocalist. She is widely recognized for her energetic personality and her signature 'eagle dance' which went viral early in her career.
