Kim Seung-min, known mononymously as Seungmin, is a South Korean singer and songwriter. He is best known as a lead vocalist of the boy band Stray Kids, formed by JYP Entertainment through a 2017 reality show. Seungmin joined JYP Entertainment in 2017 after winning second place at the company's 13th Open Audition. He officially debuted with Stray Kids on March 25, 2018, with the release of the EP I Am Not. Known for his stable vocal technique and emotional delivery, he has contributed to numerous tracks in the group's discography. Beyond his group activities, he has released several solo tracks, including 'Here Always' for the soundtrack of the drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha.
