Luke Wilson is an American actor known for his roles in both comedy and drama films. He is the younger brother of actors Andrew Wilson and Owen Wilson. He made his film debut in the 1996 independent crime film Bottle Rocket, which was directed by Wes Anderson. Wilson gained wider recognition for his performances in films such as Home Fries and Rushmore. He achieved significant mainstream success with his role as Emmett Richmond in the Legally Blonde film series. Throughout the 2000s, he appeared in popular comedies including Old School, The Royal Tenenbaums, and Idiocracy. He also played a recurring role as Casey Kelso on the television sitcom That '70s Show. In addition to his film work, he starred in the HBO television series Enlightened alongside Laura Dern.
