Park Ji-min, known mononymously as Jimin, is a South Korean singer, dancer, and member of the boy band BTS. He debuted as a member of BTS in 2013 under the record label Big Hit Entertainment. Jimin is widely recognized for his distinctive high-pitched vocal tone and his exceptional contemporary dance skills. He attended the Busan High School of Arts, where he studied modern dance before becoming a trainee. In 2018, he released his first independent song, the digital track 'Promise'.
