Pat Riley is a legendary figure in professional basketball, currently serving as the president of the Miami Heat. He played collegiate basketball at the University of Kentucky before being drafted into the NBA in 1967. As a player, he won an NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 1972. Riley transitioned into coaching, where he became one of the most successful head coaches in league history. He led the 'Showtime' Lakers to four NBA championships during the 1980s.
