Quavious Keyate Marshall, known professionally as Quavo, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He rose to international prominence as a founding member of the hip hop trio Migos. Alongside his nephew Takeoff and cousin Offset, he helped define the trap music sound of the 2010s. The group achieved massive commercial success with their debut studio album, Yung Rich Nation, in 2015. Quavo gained further recognition for his numerous guest appearances on hit singles by artists like Post Malone and DJ Khaled. In 2018, he released his debut solo studio album titled Quavo Huncho. He has been credited with popularizing the triplet flow, which became a staple in modern hip hop music. Beyond music, he has pursued interests in acting and has appeared in various television series. Following the tragic death of Takeoff in 2022, Quavo has continued to release music as a solo artist. He remains a significant figure in contemporary urban culture and the Atlanta music scene.
