Ye-on, whose legal birth name is Kim Na-yeon, is a South Korean singer and a member of the K-pop girl group Hearts2Hearts (H2H). She was born on April 19, 2010, in Sangbuk-myeon, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea. Ye-on stands at a height of 166 cm and is known as the 'maknae', or youngest member, of Hearts2Hearts. She began singing at a young age, around five or six years old. Ye-on was scouted by SM Entertainment through a direct message after staff saw videos of her performing children's songs and musicals online when she was in the sixth grade. After a two-year training period, she officially debuted with Hearts2Hearts on February 24, 2025, with their first single album, 'The Chase'. Her stage name, Ye-on, is a combination of characters meaning 'talent' and 'accumulation', reflecting her ambition to continuously develop her skills. She is recognized for her soft and comfortable vocals, having trained in classical singing and musical theater from a young age.
