Roger Daltrey is an English singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as the lead singer and co-founder of the rock band The Who. Born in Hammersmith, London, he formed the band that would become The Who in 1964. Throughout his career with The Who, he contributed to legendary albums such as Tommy, Who's Next, and Quadrophenia.
